Conferencia de mujeres latinas en los negocios este 27 de Agosto / English & Spanish Version

COLUMBUS, NEBRASKA – Registration is now open for the first-ever Empowerment for Latino Women in Business Conference, hosted by the Center for Rural Affairs’ Rural Enterprise Assistance Project (REAP) and Small Business Administration. The event is in Spanish only.
The one-day conference is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 27, at Ramada Hotel & Conference Center, 265 33rd Ave., in Columbus, Nebraska. The event will begin at 9:30 a.m. and close by 3 p.m.
The conference is dedicated to developing Latino women entrepreneurship in Nebraska, and features opportunities to share, learn, and network. “We want to provide Latino business women an opportunity to share their stories, learn about business management resources, and build relationships with other entrepreneurs,” said Anna Pratt, Women’s Business Center director with the Center for Rural Affairs. “Stories from business women panelists, and information from speakers will inspire you and provide you with the tools for success.”
Sessions will focus on strategic planning, business management, marketing, and tools for success, as well as include testimonials from Latino business owners. The day wraps up with a panel of speakers focused on culture and inclusion. To register, visit cfra.org/events/2019LatinoWomenConference.

COLUMBUS, NEBRASKA – La inscripción ya está abierta para la primera Conferencia de Empoderamiento para las Mujeres Latinas de Negocios, organizada por el Proyecto de Asistencia para Empresas Rurales (REAP) del Centro de Asuntos Rurales y la Administración de Pequeñas Empresas. El evento es solo en español.
La conferencia de un día está programada para el martes 27 de Agosto en el Hotel y Centro de Conferencias Ramada, 265 33rd Ave., en Columbus, Nebraska. El evento comenzará a las 9:30 a.m. y culminará a las 3 p.m.
La conferencia está dedicada a desarrollar el espíritu empresarial de las mujeres latinas en Nebraska y presenta oportunidades para compartir, aprender y establecer contactos.
“Queremos brindar a las mujeres de negocios latinas la oportunidad de compartir sus historias, aprender sobre los recursos de administración de negocios y construir relaciones con otros emprendedores,” dijo Anna Pratt, directora del Centro de Negocios para Mujeres del Centro de Asuntos Rurales. “Las historias de las mujeres de negocios del panel y la información de los oradores le inspirarán y le proporcionarán herramientas para el éxito.”
Las sesiones se centrarán en planificación estratégica, gestión empresarial, marketing y  herramientas para el éxito, además de incluir testimonios de propietarios de negocios latinos. El día concluye con un panel de oradores centrados en cultura e inclusión.
